Thought Leadership
Inclusive communities lift all voices.
The inaugural event in the University of Delaware's Engineering Leadership Summit series, Leading While Black, featured a fireside chat and a panel discussion examining the experiences of Black professionals and the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in society. More than 100 people attended the event, and feedback from a follow-up survey was overwhelmingly enthusiastic.
Strategic Planning
& Implementation
Managing change can be a delicate balancing act.
In December 2019, the College of Engineering released a Strategic Plan, Grow For Impact, outlining key priorities and strategies to guide the college over the next five years. Shortly thereafter, a guiding coalition of faculty and staff convened to identify projects and outline recommended tasks, champions and metrics for each project.

Magnetic leaders meet stakeholders where they are.
Effective communication requires an attention to audience. I am adept at identifying an authentic voice for organizations and their leaders. We work collaboratively to ensure that speeches, correspondence, presentations and proposals hit the right notes with a wide variety of stakeholders.
