Are leaders born or are they made? In my case, both nature and nurture have played a significant role in shaping my values and my career as a servant-leader and people-centered strategist.
From my early years at the front lines of a call center and throughout my cross-sector transitions toward executive-level leadership, my work ethic has been firmly rooted in generous and inclusive hospitality. No matter my title or my role, I always am at my best when I am serving, supporting, and leading those around me.
A generalist and a specialist, often simultaneously, you will find my contributions to a team's success where relationships, strategy, and operations converge.
